Our products undergo a rigorous Quality Inspection Process before being dispatched.

Before placing an order, carefully check your size, as different items have varying measurement standards. Refer to the size charts on our product pages for guidance.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, the wrong size, or the incorrect product, please contact us immediately. We will respond with solutions within 1 working day. Please note that items without any of the mentioned issues will not be unconditionally returned or replaced.

Returned items should be shipped back to us, undergo inspection, and the refund will be processed within 5 working days. However, shipping fees are non-refundable as they cover the cost of each shipping service.

Kindly be aware that our warranty period is 30 days. Service requests beyond this timeframe will not be entertained.

Return Conditions

For hygiene reasons, undergarments, bodysuits, swimwear, and accessories are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Returned packages must be in good condition, with products unworn and unused. Damaged, washed, or altered items will not be accepted.

Before returning, inform our customer service team with specified reasons. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for return packages, and return costs are at your own expense.

Purchases made with coupons are non-returnable or exchangeable. If a purchase involves a combination of a coupon and regular payment, only the amount exceeding the coupon value is refundable.

How to Reach Us

Contact us and provide detailed information about the issue, including the return reason and your order number. For defective, incorrect, or misrepresented items, send clear pictures or videos of the problem. After confirming details, our Customer Service team will furnish you with our return address.

*Note: We currently cannot provide free return service; return and exchange shipping must be covered by you. Use a standard shipping service with tracking for a successful return.

Compensation Time-frame

Upon receiving your returned items, we require 5 business days to process the solution and an additional 5 working days for Paypal account refunds.
